Every value in this workbench was generated from the definition file’s own declared range, not read out of an ECU. It is here so the editor can be opened and used without a firmware file, and it is not a calibration. Do not flash anything derived from it.

No .bin was written. Every patched image leaves here with its checksums corrected and re-verified; there is no option to emit one unverified, because an image the ECU’s flashing tool rejects mid-write is how a brick happens. Your original .bin is untouched and still importable.

The checksum pointer table at 0x1FBDE is blank (all 0xFF): the flashing tool that writes it has not been run on this image, so none of its checksums can be verified or corrected here.
Exporting an image with unverified checksums is blocked, to prevent flashing a bricked ECU. To get a patched image out, re-dump the ECU with a flashing tool that populates the table, then import that image and export again. Map JSONC and tune bundles are unaffected and can still be exported now.
